VENDOR PRIVACY NOTICE

1. Scope

This Notice applies to suppliers who are natural persons, representatives of companies and establishments, and any other contact person whose personal data is processed in connection with joining or working with SIQ PETRA.

2. Data We May Collect

We may collect names, contact details, job title or capacity, registration information and identification documents required for verification, bank-account information needed for settlement, contracts, invoices, correspondence, complaints, and records of use of the supplier portal.

3. Purposes

We use this data to verify suppliers; administer agreements, accounts, and products; fulfil orders and settlements; prevent fraud; manage complaints; comply with accounting and legal obligations; and protect the rights of SIQ PETRA and its customers.

4. Sharing

Where there is a lawful basis, necessary data may be shared with banks, payment, accounting, hosting, and shipping providers, professional advisers, and competent public authorities.

5. Bank Account Information

Bank account information is used for settlement and financial verification and should not be disclosed to employees or parties who do not need it to perform their responsibilities.

6. Retention

We retain supplier data for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the period required by law or necessary to complete settlements, claims, audits, and the protection of legal rights.

7. Rights

Data subjects may exercise the rights available to them under applicable personal-data legislation by contacting info@siqpetra.com, subject to relevant legal exceptions and retention obligations.

8. Security and International Transfers

Appropriate security measures are applied. SIQ PETRA may use technical services located outside Jordan subject to applicable legal requirements governing international transfers of personal data.
