CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Before Processing Begins

A customer may request cancellation before an order enters the processing or shipping stage by contacting SIQ PETRA as quickly as possible. A cancellation request is not effective until SIQ PETRA confirms it.

2. Cancellation After Processing or Shipping

If order preparation has started or the order has been handed to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. After delivery, the order will be handled under the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

3. Personalised Products

Where a product is made or personalised to the customer’s specifications, cancellation may not be possible after production or customisation begins, provided this limitation was disclosed before purchase and does not conflict with statutory rights.

4. Cancellation by SIQ PETRA

SIQ PETRA may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, a legal restriction, a payment problem, an obvious material error, reasonable suspicion of fraud, or inability to ship. The customer will be notified where possible.

5. Refunds Following Cancellation

Where an order is cancelled and a refund is due, SIQ PETRA will initiate the refund using the applicable payment method and financial procedure. SIQ PETRA will not retain an amount without a lawful or legitimate contractual basis.
