INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT POLICY

1. SIQ PETRA Rights

All rights in the SIQ PETRA trademark, trade name, logo, visual identity, designs, original texts, photographs, videos, editorial content, databases, and marketing materials owned by SIQ PETRA are reserved. Such materials may not be commercially used, copied, republished, or modified without permission.

2. Supplier Rights and Trademarks

Ownership of trademarks, names, designs, and materials belonging to suppliers or other rights holders remains with those owners. Each supplier grants SIQ PETRA the licence necessary to display, market, and sell the relevant product for the duration of the commercial relationship and in accordance with the applicable agreement.

3. Supplier Warranties

Each supplier warrants that the photographs, texts, designs, trademarks, and products it provides do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights and that it holds all permissions required to use those materials and authorise SIQ PETRA to use them.

4. Content Produced by SIQ PETRA

Supplier agreements should define ownership and permitted use of photographs, videos, stories, and other materials produced by SIQ PETRA. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a supplier does not acquire ownership of SIQ PETRA materials merely because its products were photographed or displayed on the Platform.

5. Artisan Stories and Cultural Content

Where SIQ PETRA publishes the name, story, or image of an artisan or other natural person, the necessary permissions must be obtained for the relevant use of the content and image, with due regard to privacy and personal-data rights.

6. Reporting an Infringement

A rights holder who believes that content on the Platform infringes their rights may send a notice to info@siqpetra.com including contact details, identification of the relevant right, the URL or product concerned, and supporting documents or information.

7. SIQ PETRA Actions

SIQ PETRA may suspend or remove content or a product while reviewing a serious infringement notice, request evidence from the supplier, and reinstate the material where the complaint is found to lack sufficient basis. SIQ PETRA reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in relation to fraudulent claims.

8. Permitted Use

Users may share links to website pages or view content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided proprietary notices are not removed and no false impression of sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership is created.
