Where SIQ PETRA publishes the name, story, or image of an artisan or other natural person, the necessary permissions must be obtained for the relevant use of the content and image, with due regard to privacy and personal-data rights.<\/p>\n
A rights holder who believes that content on the Platform infringes their rights may send a notice to info@siqpetra.com including contact details, identification of the relevant right, the URL or product concerned, and supporting documents or information.<\/p>\n
SIQ PETRA may suspend or remove content or a product while reviewing a serious infringement notice, request evidence from the supplier, and reinstate the material where the complaint is found to lack sufficient basis. SIQ PETRA reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in relation to fraudulent claims.<\/p>\n
